1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to heybaji telegram's website, mobile application and all services under it. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or has browsed it without registering.

"Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino, virtual games and other entertainment activities provided through the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all members located in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register as a member and use any service on heybaji telegram, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, true and accurate.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device are prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

heybaji telegram may request identity documents (national ID, passport or driving licence) and proof of address at any time for account verification. Withdrawals or certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

All activities carried out from your account will be considered as your own — including in cases of misuse by a third party — unless you have notified us in advance. Using two-step verification (OTP) is recommended for security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on heybaji telegram is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Once funds are successfully added to your account, they will be reflected in your balance and available for use immediately.

• Use your registered mobile number when making a deposit.
• Transactions sent from a third-party mobile wallet may be declined.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue, contact the support team with the transaction ID.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in the member's own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

heybaji telegram offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal only after completing wagering of 10 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed.

• Each bonus offer has its own time limit; unused bonuses are cancelled once they expire.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.
• heybaji telegram reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Game Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical issue during a game or match, heybaji telegram will investigate and make a decision, which will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be the effective odds. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be returned to the balance or settled according to the rules. For abandoned matches where at least 90% of the scheduled time has been completed, the result may be considered valid.

6.3 Casino and Live Games

The outcomes of slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Abusing bonus offers or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

heybaji telegram reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly where evidence of prohibited activity is found. In such cases, the balance in the account may be forfeited.

Members may also request account closure at any time. The account will be closed once all outstanding matters are settled. If an account is voluntarily closed, any eligible balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

heybaji telegram is not responsible for game outcomes. The platform will not be liable for any financial loss arising from gambling. The platform will not bear responsibility for interruptions caused by loss of internet connection, power outages or device issues.

If any loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or services, that liability rests entirely with the relevant third party.

10 Privacy

• Personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by law.
• All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

11 Responsible Gaming

After receiving a complaint, the support team will investigate within a set timeframe and communicate their decision. That decision will be considered final and binding on all parties.

If an incorrect payout or credit occurs due to a technical error, heybaji telegram reserves the right to correct that error, even if it is discovered at a later date.
